Hi Joseph. Wow! What a list!
I tried following the instructions in the manual and they said to press function with a and then c or r. I don't know why I didn't think to go to the insert menu. To top it off, I called tech support and asked the same question. He was very nice and answered some other questions, but he also didn't think it could be done.
