I had a host of problems. First, I had to get the static DNS address.
I had to look at Cox help for that. Next, I was a1le to connect, but
it wouldn't find the server. I ended up calling tech support. We
erased t3e entire database and started from scratch. It worked!

had to enter a primary and secondary DNS addresses in
order for mine to work. Glad it got fixed.
