I had a host of problems. First, I had to get the static DNS address. I had to look at Cox help for that. Next, I was a1le to connect, but it wouldn't find the server. I ended up calling tech support. We erased t3e entire database and started from scratch. It worked! thanks for asking. Sharonda

What was the problem, Sharonda? Just curious what it was for I had a lot of trouble connecting my Linksys router, too. Come to find out, I had to enter a primary and secondary DNS addresses in order for mine to work. Glad it got fixed.
