What I did when I had to send mine in, is back up the address list and the
planner and then restore it on the new unit.

I am preparing to send my BT in for a transplant and am borrowing another unit
while mine is away. I am attempting to move the address list and planner for
2007 to my compact flash card for use on the other unit, and I cannot seem to
figure out how to do this.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
