Hi Lois,
I asked Humanware about this some time ago after having trouble connecting to my girlfriend's router, which I'd set up with WPA. Humanware told me that WPA encryption isn't supported by the Braille Note, and I got the impression that this is true for most PDA's. After I heard this, I converted the setup to WEP, but for some strange reason, I found that the wireless connections were less stable, so I switched it back to WPA. To work around this, I always take an ethernet cable and my good old Socket CF card with me when I think I might want to log on at my girlfriend's place.

Hi all,

I just replaced my wireless router and set it up with wpa. Is it as it
seems, that the braillenote can't connect with wpa encription. I just heard
that it's much more secure than wep.

Thank you for any help.

Lois
