Hello Rhonda,

Thanks so much for your quick response!  I've tried all the resets, including 
the service reset as a last resort, but I'm afraid I still get the "reached the 
end of the file" message.  I can't help thinking that there should be some way 
of brainwashing the PC into letting me copy the file and then open it.  I must 
have really messed up that file big time!

I do appreciate your help, and please let me know if you have any other 
suggestions.
