I suppose you could write to [EMAIL PROTECTED], not sure if that gets you Concord or Christchurch and see if you hear back from them. To minimize your holding time before you reach a tech support rep, you can try calling first thing in the morning, like 6 AM Pacific which is 9 AM Eastern. Now tech support is reached by an 800 number at least we don't need to worry about the cost of being on hold, although I have flat rate long distance so it isn't a problem any more for me.
