In order for the BrailleNote to act as a cell
phone, a cell phone chip must be present.
Also, a detailed specs as to what kind of
network (GSM/GPRS/CDMA) it works or not.
Since the chip in question is not present,
you cannot do that.

PK via bluetooth as braille displays.
I'll do some digging over the next couple of

As for MobileSpeak, it does indeed support
the mPower and PK via
bluetooth as refreshable braille displays.
