Estin, This is not a RAM problem, but a process related. Windows CE 4.2 only supports up to 32 processes at once. Windows CE 6.0 solves this RAM shortage with two things: first, it moves all user processes/programs to use virtual memory, and second, the process limit is raised to 32,768 processes at once - meaning that RAM shortage will disappear thanks to virtual memory.
