[Braillenote] Work-around for Daisy book losing place issue.

I have a work-around for when you are reading a daisy book on the BN 
and you lose your place when you exit the application.  When you are 
about to exit, do a go to page command (chord 1-2-6 on BT) and put in 
the page number.  At least on the bt-32 this works well enough.
