Nikki, Is Media Player running? Media Player cannot use an m3u file while it is in use, while KeyWord cannot edit m3u file that is being played. Andy Ridden once mentioned that it is more towards resource issue. Either exiting the Media Player or exiting KeyWord might work. Or Reset your unit, as RAM will be reinitialized (not Hard Reset) so that Media Player and/or KeyWord will not fight over a certain m3u file.
