I reported a similar issue with a 2 gig SD card. The problem as I perceived it was that the Braille Note could not seem to access subfolders, or as the Braille Note calls them, subdirectories. Therefore I was unable to use the 2 gig SD card with the Braille Note. It would be appreciated if Humanware would comment on this subject, as it is one that will impact many users as time goes bye.

I just got my Transcend 4gb sd card yesterday. I immediately transferred all of my mp3's onto the sd card (about 888 mb) and tried to play them. The bn would play all of the ones up until the letter p, then would report eigher of the following messages: "Class not registered." Or: "Unspecified error." I tried copying the files onto my flash disk and it gave me the following message. "The system cannot read from the specified device." Can someone help me as to what to do? It's not a problem with the card, because it's brand new, and when I put it in my pc it works just fine. I even tried formatting the card thinking that if I used the brailleNote to do it it might fix hhe problem. It did not. There have even been instances where the mPower will not see the mp3's folder I have on the card, and the computer will. Can someone help me? i've just lost all of my music if I to format the card again, because the music files are all stuck into folders and the bn will not registerthey're there.
