My name is Maurine and I have just joined the list tonight having received my
bn m power last weekend.
I now have a question for all of you.
Last week while at work I had my thumb drive in my unit transferring some items
off I=of it onto my unit when theunit wasn't acting right. It wasn't showing me
items I knew were there. So, without thinking I pressed the reset button, well
much to my dismay it didn't restart right and this caused me to loose all of
the folders/ files I had already created.
Tonight this happened again but to a much worse degree. I unplugged the unit
from charging and it said document to create? I knew this wasn't right so
turned it on but, nothing happened. I turned it off/ on a few more times with
nothing happening. I then did a warm reset but, still nothing was happening. I
plugged it back into the charger and pulled it off again and the same thing
happened. I ended up having to press reset again but, lucky for me it reset
correctly so I didn't loose anything I had created over the last few days.
All of this is to ask this, does anyone know what could be causing this to
happen and if there's anything I can do to prevent it from happening. Other
then not saving anything on the unit itself but, saving everything onto a thumb
drive so if it crashes again I won't loose it all.
Other then that I am in love with my unit and after a few years of not having
one am glad to have one again.
