Hi there, Here is the message from the archives concerning this subject (thanks for Chris): Most likely the PC. In order to use the Mpower or PK as a bluetooth refreshable display, you need to add a virtual com (serial) port to your PC. You do this through your bluetooth software. Once that's set up, you will then need to request your screen reader to use the port you added as that is required in order to drive the display.
If your Com port is greater than com4, then you'll need to use JAWS 7.1 (JAWS 7.1 and higher supports Com ports (both Serial and Virtual Bluetooth Com port) up to Com8). I'm not sure if my post made it to the list, but did not get a response. With all the knowledge on this list and the amount of messages I see, I'm sure someone can help here. I have keysoft 7.2 and running jaws 6.10. I can pair the laptop and the BrailleNote, but can't get JAWS to communicate with the pk when I choose bluetooth and laptop connection when going into terminal mode. I began listening to Jonathan Mosin's tutorial about bluetooth. He mentioned another piece of software that runs in the system tray. If he said what that was, I missed it. If there is a software utility that runs on the pc, can someone tell me.
