Hi Karyn; That is the reason I have my e-mail in my closing and when ever I do a reply and I want someone to write me directly,, I include my e-mail address. In my from field there is a lot more imfo than is in my actual e-mail address. This is just the method I was tought to find an e-mail address. I think I have said this before, but I wish my closing would print with replies and not just original e-mails. Then you would not have to remember to include extra imfo. Terry Powers
