Then go to KeyWord/Setup Options. Make sure
that the default document type is set to
braille document (KeyWord type). This will
ensure that new documents will be written in
grade 2 braille.

I have a friend doing student teaching
now and the bn she is
using for a student has ks5.1. Her student
is just learning the bn but it
is doing everything in computer braille. I
am not sure how to get it to
write and talk in grade two. Any help would
be great.
