Hi, Rhonda. Our WEP key has no numbers - just lower case letters. I had
not changed the shared authentication and tried the wep key. I will try
that.

Keith, are you entering numbers in lower case? I have to assume there are
no case sensitive letters. Also, on the Connectivity side, do you have
"shared authentication" set to yes?

incorrect
format. I checked again, and the WEP key I entered is exactly

I am attempting to connect my mPower to my home wireless network
with the
card sold by HumanWare. When I scan for networks, the network is
recognized and is configured.
However, when I try to connect to the Internet or to KeyMail, I
get the
message "New Network Visible" every minute or so, with no
connection. I
have let it wait up to five minutes and still cannot connect.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
