Today when I went to turn on my m power I had a message what had an a and
several s's in it. Sadly again I had to restart in order to fix the
problem as nothing else would work. Thankfully I didn't loose anything
but, it just seems like I"m having to reset my bn an awful lot! Is it just
me or is this normal?

Today while at work I went to look up something in the bn and it
wouldn't get off the main menu. Then I turned off and back on again and
nothing happened.
I hit the reset button and it did reset but, it seems I 'm having to
reset a lot lately. any idea why that is?
I 've only had the bn 2 weeks and i"ve already had to reset it 3 times.

When I received my BN mPower I had the same problem. The problem was a
defective battery. I am sorry to give you this sad news, but the only
answer is to send it back for a replacement.
