I can't speak for Tech Support. However, I learned about the
canned air from some very sharp BN Users, including Sammie Clay.
It isn't meant unkindly, but it would not be the first time
someone at Tech Support goofed. Just look at the message saying
a Bn User was told by Tech Support to use Windex!
