Keith,
I would suggest that you clean your display. Or, go to Options/Support Info Mode (SPACE with O/SPACE with I) then press x to exercise the display. Flip your unit upside down (hold it firmly) for about 30 seconds or so. The offending dot should respond. Now put your unit right side up and press SPACE with E three times to exit the Mode.
It is a good idea to clean your display once a week.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Dot Not Coming Up
Sometimes on Braille display

I just got my transplant back and have
noticed a slight problem that did not
exist before I sent the unit in. On cell 32,
dot 2 is sometimes delayed in
coming up. Any suggestions on what might be
going on?

I really can't afford to be without the unit
so really don't want to send it
in again if there is a work-around. Thanks
for any suggestions.

Keith
