Actually, I don't understand.

The thing is, what I am wanting to do is use the BN as a display. I don't
intend to use it to control the computer, or to use the keyboard to enter
stuff into the computer, I have typed on a standard keyboard much too long
to feel comfortable doing it with a Braille keyboard. I just want to be
able to hook up the BN and use it similar to one might with a dedicated
braille display.

If I can do this without cabling, so much the better, but either way, I am
not planning to site in one place and control the computer using the BN.

Rose,
Did you shoulddown JAWS before pressing enter on the hook exe file? You
should do it while JAWS is off in order to not cause conflict between JAWS
keyboard hook and PDI Hooks file, as these apps may interfere with each
other. If anyone has instructions that I've sent regarding this, please
repost it (or I can do that).
Cheers,
Joseph
