If you don't want to use the planner information, from Main Menu,
open a document. Go to your Flash Drive. Go down to KeyPlan,
and press Backspace C, (Ctrl I). You'll be asked if you are sure
you want to delete, just press Y for yes. Do a reset there, and
your planner will be restored without your information.
As far as your address list, if you are just erasing the address
list, from Main Menu, press F, then E. Go to your Flash Drive,
and the KeyList folder. Press Enter. At the "list of files"
prompt, press Space with X, (read with X). Space down to your
address.cdb file. Press Enter. You will be told it is a
database, and ask you a couple of times if you are sure you want
to delete it. Just press Y for yes.

I do not use the planner so I am looking for specific
instructions.
When I learned how to use Active Sync with the BNQT, I synced
both the
planner and the contacts. However, I still have not learned how
to use
either of these and now use my phone to sync to my computer
instead. There
are still alarms that go off on my BN occasionally. I cancel
these alarms
but I have a feeling that they are recurring alarms and the BN is
only
canceling that occurrence. How do I delete everything in the
planner?
Also, while on the subject, how do I delete everything in the
address
list/contacts?
