This is odd because my BN mPower pronounces "rushouldie"
correctly in the emails I've received about it, but not when I
write it.

The problem with the pronunciation of rushdy is
odd. I was about to say i've never experienced a
problem like this until i typed the word rushdy.
The pronounciation dictionary would work for for
the braillenote speech, but it wouldn't work if
you were to print the document. You could also
try the 3 resets (standard, 4-5-6 (jkl) and 1-2-3
(fds) and see if that does anything.
