The pouch is as wide as the BN case and velcroes to the back. "Arms" velcro to either side of the case. It is the same black as the rest of the case and zips around the top; the top folds up and toward you (if the BN is in normal use) when unzipped.

The pouch was originally designed to carry GPS stuff, but I can fit a Blue Logger GPS receiver, a 6GB hard drive, numerous cards, earbuds, a 2GB Insignia mp3 player (don't ask), my WIFI card, and some thumb drives. With careful packing, I could fit more.

The main thing I do not like about it is that it blocks the mini USB port, CF slot and SD slot (though the card slots are accessible if you unvelcro the side arms and fold the cover of the case (with pouch attached) out of the way). The AC adapter port is blocked unless you get the pouch on just so, but the host USB ports can be used with no problem.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Accessory pouch?

Hi list,
I was wondering what the accessory pouch for the BN family is
used
for, what it looks like, and how useful it is. i'm considering
getting
one because i have so many things that come with my BN.
Thanks,
KD
