Hi, I maybe able to help with the active sync question. If you do a reset or the battery runs flat between sessions of active sync the next time you try and connect you have to set up a new partnership. I don't know why this is but it what I have found.So you can either delete the old partnership and then set up a new partnership or if you don't have time for that you can set it up as a guest and still sync the information.
Sorry I can't help with the other two questions because I don't have an MPower yet, only a classic and a PK.
