Yes, it does. You can either keep the cards in their plastic cases (if you actually received one) or put them in there with out it. It has a total of seven pockets. A couple are smaller, ideally for sd cards, a few are wider, ideally for compact flash and the pocket on the back flap is large where the wireless card fits, and/or usb drives.
