I don't know if this is getting to the list, I'm not sure how to
set this up, but I get the same thing every now and then when I
am downloading files but more often when getting my email.
I can sometimes retry and it works, but I too would like to know
a way to solve this for once and all.

I have a BrailleNote BT32. When I use the Bookreader application
to
access a book, I get the following error message after pressing
space
to access the folder where books are stored:
"Exception: command: 150 at 331. data misalignment."
And if I try to advance through that message, I get the
following:
"Exception: command: 324 at 331. access violation reading -1"
I havae already tried every kind of reset, including the Service
reset
with the record button held down, and the problem does not go
away.
If any reader knows what these error messages mean, and how to
restore
the functionality of the Bookreader application, I will be glad
of the
advice. If you are going to tell me to call Technical Support,
don't
waste your time because I'll do that tomorrow if I don't get a
cure
from the list.
