Dear Maurine:

I'm not up on US pricing for SD cards so can't really give you
info on that, possibly one of the Americans on the list can.

You can buy SD cards at the corner Radio Shack, friendly
neighbourhood computer store or by mail order from Tiger Direct
or any of the other well known and reputable mail order firms.

2 GB is a nice capacity but if you like 4 GB better, the
BrailleNote will work with those cards too with a driver download
so it doesn't disown the big card when it has a bunch of files on
it.

Hope this helps.  Generally buying online or by mail order is
cheapest but you may find a store with a sale of the century or
something.
