Dear list,
If you are using a BrailleNote PK or
BrailleNote and VoiceNote mPower and if you
are using an external Bluetooth or USB QWERTY
keyboard, read this section.
I've finally figured out how to activate
BACKSPACE with ENTER with I function (switch
to Internet option) using external keyboard.
If your keyboard has function keys from f1 to
f12, the correct key to go to Internet is FN
(Function) plus f10, not just f10. All other
commands, such as Repeat (f2) and Word
processor hotkey (fbled) does not require FN
(Function) key to be pressed. Only Internet
Hotkey requires FN key with f10 (another
inconsistencies found with KeySoft 7.2; why
is that other keys does not require FN to be
pressed, while f10 requires FN to be pressed
to activate it?). There should be a keyboard
hook change where just pressing f10 (without
pressing FN) would switch to Internet, just
like any other function keys that are used to
switch to other applications like KeyWord
(fbled) or KeyPlan (f6).
Cheers,
Joseph
