I am not sure of your version, but when you write, is it in two
handed mode? Also, from Main Menu, if you press Options, then B,
when you go down to your thumb key option, does it say "standard
right handed set"? I may be wording that a little incorrectly.
If you'd like, give me these answers, and we can look further.

HEllo everybody,
i own a classic braillenote, and when i want to read the user
guide the left key used to go backwards is stuck, and when it is
so,all the braillenote tker is stcuk too.
do you know the reason for this odd problem and what to do in
order to avoid it ?
