I was trying to help my friend send an e-mail and we receive the error 553. She can receive but not send. Any idea how to fix this? We try to use smtp authentacation and still no work. If there is something else we need to do et us know. When are you seeing the error 553? Is it showing in a message that bounces back to you as undeliverable, or are you seeing the 553 immediately upon sending the message?
