hi brian, thanks for your offer of help. I intended to reply earlier but many changes here got in the way. Humanware aggreed to send me a copy of the upgrade for shipping cost so that is what we did. so I spent 3 months trying to download the upgrade unsuccessfully. On several sd cards also got a newer faster router, etc. Even with the sd card copy it still took several tries to do it. But it was worth it. Again thanks and best regards

What version of KeySoft is your unit running right now?  Reason
why I ask is that some older versions of KeySoft download to the
system disk and it just doesn't have enough space to download a
new version of KeySoft like KS 7.2 build 47.

I forget which versions do this, but one of the real gurus here
will know.
