Have you tried Service Reset (Reset with
Record button)?

While walking home last night I dropped my bn
on the ground and it landed keys down on the
pavement. it was in the case so I didn't
think anything about it. Came home and
plugged it in like always. Well I just now
went to use it and it won't do anything.
I"ve tried resetting it and all of the warm/
cold resets I can thinking of as well as
pressing the reset button.!
can anyone help me get this fixed? I am
leaving for work shortly and that is where
I'd use the bn the most. *sigh*
I always have it in my back pack but, didn't
need my backpack last night so didn't have in
in anything except for the carrying case.
