louise,
What kind of unit do you have an mPower, PK, or Classic? And the
next thing
is how much available memory do you have on your flash disk?

Subject: [Braillenote] missing manual and planner freezing
Hi y'all.
Last week i tried to go into the manual from the options menu
and i got
the following 2 messages: "Cannot find the index file" and,
"Cannot find
the table of contents." So i did all the resets and still no
joy. Then on
saturday the manual suddenly appeared again - but now it's
disappeared yet
again. I'm now stuck as to what to do next.
The other problem i've come across is my planner freezing. I go
to
tuesday of last week, and when i open the day the planner and my
braillenote freeze. A standard reset brings the braillenote
back to life,
but i still cannot read tuesday. I presume it corrupt, but
don't know how
to get around it because there's appointments on that day that i
would
like to read.
Hope i've not expained too much, louise.
