In the Getting Started portion of the User's Guide, a step-by-step description is given to reset the battery usage information. On two occasions, I've had my battery say it's going critical when that made no sense, have followed these steps, and things have gotten back to normal.

Hi Alana:

Your battery does better than mine. At 59%, I get the battery is critical thingy. At times, it stops working altogether. One time I charged it, the charge did not hold. When it finally elected to work, it was at 0%. I plugged into the charger, charged it to 100% and I had to reset the time, the date, and everything else in between. I'd never understand how the battery can be critical at 59%? Does anyone know? It also has a horrid habit of getting unusually hot when the batteries have charged!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
