Do you do the reset right from th file menu or do you go to manin menu
first?

Not sure which unit you have, but I am able to give info for the PK and
mPower.
From the main menu, press f for file manager, and then e for erase file.
Then either press enter if you are prompted for the flash disk, or navigate
to it if it isn't the one offered. At the folder name prompt, navigate to
the keyplan folder and press enter. At the file name prompt, make sure that
all files is the file type/entry type showing. Then select all the files in
the folder, either by using the wild card method or by marking all the
files. Then press enter and follow the rest of the prompts to delete all
the files in that folder. Then do a regular reset. It will take a few
seconds longer for you to get back to the main menu prompt after the reset,
as the planner will need to be recreated.
