My friend is having problems connecting to her wirles netork. She when in to connectivity after turning on her wirles. She then found her network by scaning and it told her there were new detected networks. She then pressed enter on the network she wanted and received a please wait message. Humanware told her that she needed to skype the prosses. If she does not do thisa her Braille note hangs. And she is not able to get on line.
