Hi I am posting this question for a friend.
She has a bn empower, just a couple months old. Today she could
not get her unit to recognize either of her compact flash cards.
I put them in my unit and they read fine. She attached a compact
flash reader to her unit and could read them that way, but her
machine refused to recognize them in the compact flash slot
no matter the numberr of resets. We performed the standard
reset and one with the record button. Any suggestions?
