Hi Rebecca:
Unfortunately, when you get the message "Operation Completed
Successfully", it is a message of opposite meaning. Without
knowing your machine, it's hard to know if you have any corrupted
files. I would try doing a JKL reset. If that doesn't work, you
could try a Service Reset, holding down the "record and reset"
keys together, and releasing them at the same time.
If none of this works, back up your address list dot CDB file
which is on your Flash Drive in the KeyList folder. Make sure
you know what your Connection Configurations are. If there is
email you want to save, make sure you move it to a storage card.
Then, from the Main Menu, go to Keyword, and open a document. Go
to your Keylist folder. Press Ctrl with I. You will be asked if
you are sure you want to delete this folder. Press Y. Your
files are protected, so when you see the message that they are
protected, "erase anyway"? press Y for yes. Do the same with
the Keymail folder. When you have completed this, press a plain
reset right where you are without going to Main Menu.
Your files will be restored, but you will need to write in your
configurations, and reinstall your address list dot CDB.
Hope I made sense. Hope you've worked it out without having to
do any of this.

Subject: [Braillenote] qt and email
Recently while on holiday, I tried to check my email using my
empower.
It seemed to go through the login process and connected, but then
only
said: "Operation completed successfully" with a unicode 13 after
it.
What does this mean? Is there a list of such error messages and
how to
trouble-shoot them anywhere? I'I'm sure it's something like
having to do
a particular kind of reset and then reinstall certain files, but
I don't
want to lose the other .cdb files if I don't have to. Thanks.
Rebecca Redmile
