Hi John,
Sounds to me that it is a memory issue.
There is a well known issue with KeyWeb -
that it uses more and more memory over time
(Andy mentioned it). The Fatal Appication is
very unusual (Jonathan Sharp has been
notified of this). There is no fix right now
for these two issues, but a useful suggestion
is delete cookies and Internet temp files.

Hello Everyone, I have just experienced a few
problems. First
while serfing the net, I clicked a link and
keyweb said that
there wasn't enough storage to complete the
operation. I
performed a normal reset. The same problem
popped up again.
This problem has happened before, but
normally it's when I have
ben on the net for a long time. Resetting
has always fixed it.
Anyway, next I was again using keyweb and I
was serching for a
link by hitting the first letter of the link
title. It gave me
an error message that said that keyweb Exe
had a fatal
operational error and that keyweb was going
to close. This time
my unit just froze. Again, I performed a
normal reset. After
returning to the net, this happened again.
This time I performed
a reset with dots 4-5-6. After the startup
music, it said cereal
number is required and I needed to contact my
rep. After hitting
enter it gave a sound kind of like a plain in
a vertical dive and
then ddied. Everything was fine after
hitting the reset button.
This happened one other time when I did a
reset with dots 1-2-3.
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas or feedback,
I would greatly
appreciate the info.
