This is in response to the question Kathy Davis keeps asking
about printing. I feel bad, Kathy, that you are not getting
answers. It makes me want to go buy a printer so that I can
look. My curiosity is aroused, as always. Would it make a
difference if you wrote your document in a different document
type? I'm reaching again, I know.
