Hi Ray andd Others; So I would not have to deal with this problem, I had them fedex the unit to my office. I like the idea of a descriptive of the repairs left on the unit and an e-mail telling about when the unit would arrive would be very helpful. We could all keep a folder called repairs for HW to put their entries in. Terry Powers

I'd like to see HW send an e-mail when the BN or VN you've sent for repair is shipped back to you with the UPS Tracking Number in it. That way, you can track the package, have a pretty good idea when it will get to you and make any arrangements you have to such as asking neighbors or others to sign for it.
