You should not have to request this. It should be standard procedure. Why
is it that you have to request service these days? Also, why is it that you
don't get service of any kind unless you request it? This is especially
true of something that, in my opinion, should be standard operating
procedure.
Terri, with regard to the credit card information, I am not going to
trust that I will get a call about that one so I put it in my note. This
expedites the repair somewhat; although things seem to take some time as it
is.
Sammie you are lucky that you get E-mails as this is not standard procedure
and I did not get it the last time I sent my unit in and that was very
recently.
