If it is physically broken or something is seriously wrong with your
CompactFlash slot then it must go into Concord for fixing.
I would recommend if it is possible to upgrade to an mPower if it is at all
possible as there is only one more upgrade for the Classic units. If you
upgrade before (I believe) June 31st you will get the new Concise Oxford
Dictionary and Thesaurus for free. To enter a drawing for a free Sendero
