Wow, okay for this concept, you would definitely need a different game 
engine.  Something like GMA games comes to mind.  
You would need to put David Greenwood's game engine to the Windows Pocket 
PC platform.  
Sounds like a lot of work.
That or have some nice perwson create one.  <grin>
