That's right. Why consider suggestions for positive changes such a
negative? Humanware is aware that we are thrilled with their equipment
and appreciate what they do; they've been told that too. But positive
changes also come from hearing what could be done better. So don't be
so quick to think of criticism as whining and complaining. We're not
going to be as likely to move forward if all any company ever hears
is, perfect! Perfect! Perfect! There should be a balance between the
positive and negative, don't you think?


That having been said, three cheers to Humanware for your wonderful
products and may there be many more to come. If there is a way that
even more people can afford what you have to offer, that will be even
better.
