John, I would recommend installing the SD card driver that is available on the HumanWare site or you can email me privately and I will send it your way via attachment. Are you trying to access it through speech or braille or both? These high-capacities card take longer to access the information, so I wouldn't be surprised if you have to wait up to 30 seconds or longer for the information to be retreived.
