hi,
the one thing you do have to watch with the new two-piece adaptor is that the jack that plugs in to the bn comes off from the chord. there are 2 pins on the jack that correspond to two holes on the power chord. if you replace the jack incorrectly, you will reverse the polarity meaning that you won't be able to charge the bn and might also cause some damage if left on for a long time. i have wrapped some insulating tape around the connection point so that the plug will not come off.
cheers, richard.

David, you are right that it fits in outlets very nicely. This
is
especially handy in hotels where outlets are at a premium and in
strange
places at times.

I did get my single-piece charger back after sending my unit in
recently but
don't use it. My husband has a BN M power 32 transplant and he
did not get
his original charger back. I don't know what the difference is
here and
frankly don't care; but I am just letting everyone know for
informational
and comparison purposes.

Take care.
