Hi John, I know a solution: because You've formatted it using NTFS, which BrailleNtoe does not recognize, it will naturally, will not work with BrailleNote. A solution is to reformatting it using FAT32 file system. There is a utility from WD (Western Digital for short) that allows you to format the drive back to FAT32. It is called WD FAT32 Formatter and it is availe as a download on the Western Digital's website. If you (or any of you) want it, I can send the file as an attachment (you'll need to open it using your PC). Cheers, Joseph
