Debbie, did you find the "driver" section? You are looking for
the usb mass drivers. It may not be worded exactly right, but
when you enter the Humanware site, if you'll press D, it will
take you to the download site. As you scroll down, you will see
the usb driver. Enter there. Then, just follow the prompts. If
I confused you, let me know, and I'll try harder, (big grin)!
