As much as I truely hate to say this, your flash disk was erased
completely. Keysoft then rewrote its default folders onto the
cleaned disk, but any data you had on that disk has been erased.
(A reformat is when all data on a storage device is erased.) You
can restore a backup of your data, if you had one, but other than
that there is really nothing you can do to recover your data.
Again, I am really sorry. I have erased storage devices before
when I did not want to and I know the feeling. I hope it turns
out well for you.
Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] lost everything
Hello everyone, I have lost everything on the flash disk on my
BrailleNote classic. Is there anything I can do to get it back.
I had to do a reset when the message kept coming up that there
wasn't enough storage on the disk to exit a file. I hadn't even
made any changes to the file. After the reset, it said something
like the flash disk was reformatted. When I went into keyword,
only the factory default folders were there. Help! Donna
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
